WEB DEVELOPMENT + PUBLIC RELATIONS ASSISTANT

I worked my way up from a Web Content Editor to a Web Support Assistant then finally to a dual-team assistant position in the Web Development and Public Relations areas of the department. I was known as the "web ninja" of our Marketing + Communications team due to my ability to quickly and accurately execute tasks, learn new skills, and actualize department goals. Over the course of my time working in progressive roles within Web Development and Media Relations, I touched almost every webpage and webpart on the SXU main site at least once. This content was viewed daily by current and prospective students, as well as faculty, staff and the public, so I always ensured that my copy, coding and design were error-free and functional. I was also at the forefront of many important University Relations projects to improve site experience and accessibility for visitors.
